Shipping policy

 

As a family business, we are unable to guarantee the same processing times as larger companies, but we pride ourselves on speedy turnaround times. In-stock orders will ship within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). 

Pre-orders may take anywhere from 4-6 weeks to arrive.

If you need an order shipped sooner, please email hellobayco@gmail.com and we will work to accommodate your request.

Incorrect Address/Returned Mail

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information when an order is placed. Bay Co. Apparel LLC is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. Reshipping of packages returned to Bay Co. can be re-shipped at the customer’s expense. Packages marked as delivered, but "not received," are the customer’s responsibility to locate. Bay Co. is not able to issue refunds on lost packages.

 Lost or Non-Delivered Packages

  • Packages marked as delivered, but are 'not received' are the customer's responsibility to locate. Once the package leaves our hands it is the property of USPS, UPS, or FedEx and we have very limited information available to us. Please contact your local post office to escalate an investigation on your behalf but, we are not able to track down lost packages on our end.
