Refund policy
- Bay Co. Apparel does not accept pre-paid returns on international orders or any returns on swim, hats, or custom/holiday-themed items including ALL SALE or preordered items.
- All other items exempt from the above list are accepted if returned in their unwashed and unworn condition, with tags on and in original condition and packaging within 7 days of delivery date. To start your return, please notify us at hellobayco@gmail.com and explain what you want to return with the order number. We will send you a prepaid label, UNLESS you are exchanging then see below.
- In order to exchange, you must email us by 7 days post-receipt of the items. You will be responsible for the return label, but will receive the exchange sent to you for free once we have proof the item was shipped to us.
- If an item is returned, the buyer will be issued STORE CREDIT of only the cost of the item, not any shipping costs associated with the order. Please note, we do not accept returns for original payment, and you will receive a gift card with the conditions above.
- If an item is damaged or there is a quality issue, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery at hellobayco@gmail.com
